Check In
Here are your check in instructions!
-Address: 1624 West Glenrosa Ave, Phoenix AZ.
-Check-in is at 4:00 pm unless told otherwise.
-Check- out is at 10:00 am.
-Code: 1960
-For self check in purposes there is an automated door lock! To unlock the door touch the screen to wake up the device and then type in the code.
-Please note there is a separate casita with double french doors and that is a completely separate rental.
-To lock the door when leaving simply tap the screen once the door is fully closed. The door will also auto-lock after 30 seconds as long as the door is fully shut

A reminder that there is no smoking in the home, failure to follow this rule will result in a forfeit of the security deposit.
Just a heads up that pool cleaning is scheduled for Tuesday mornings. We appreciate your patience in this process and ask for any use of sunscreen while in the pool to be moderate.

Check Out
When check out comes (10am Jun 17, 2023) all I ask is to clean any large messes as this gives the maid time to do a detailed cleaning making everyone's stay more enjoyable. Please load up the dishwasher and start a load before you leave. Lastly if you could take out any full trash bags to the respective outside containers (Black is garbage and blue recycle) If you put trash into the recycle bin please roll it to the street. For stays shorter than a week there will be a reduced security deposit return for excess trash (more than 2 bags per bin).
**Important** please do not remove the pool vaccuum from the pool.
